In this episode, we make salmon cakes full of essential ω−3 (Omega 3) fatty acids with magical garlicky aioli over roasted fennel–one of the nine sacred Anglo-Saxon herbs.

*Editor’s note: the salmon cakes cook in half an inch of oil (canola, preferably) for three minutes on each side. To be traditionally correct, aioli uses olive oil.

LOVE the dance sequence!! I’m definitely going to try to make this. The only salmon patties my family ever made came out of can – this, on the other hand, looks *delicious*.
