When I was a kid, for a disturbingly long period, I supposedly only ate apples, and nothing else. My parents were concerned and it took a long time for me to consume something else. Just proves that apples are full of juicy goodness. Here's to greater apple obsession in adulthood. I like the idea of cooking apples.
