The lovely Lizzy Greene and her Plovgh team hosted a farm dinner last Saturday at Partners Trace Farm in New Paltz, New York. I took these photos as I wandered around and admired the fields.

I have a CSA share this season with Plovgh, and really like being able to choose the quantity of what I order (so none of the produce goes to waste, and so it doesn’t arrive when I am away).

Looking forward to more from the Plovgh team, as the Saturday night dinner under stars at a long table of thirty interested in local food is only the beginning…
